~Stars want to save the world

Today, lots of actors, singers and celebrities do charity work, like Angelina Jolie, George Clooney...

Angelina Jolie became a Goodwill Ambassador for UNHCR (United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees) in 2001. She first saw humanitarian crises when she was filming Tomb Raider in Cambodia in 2000.
When Jolie is on a mission, she has the same living conditionsas other UNHCR employees... not very comfortable for a Hollybood star!
Jolie says that stars earn too much money. "I had a crazy income for what I do" she says. She gives a third of her income to charity. She has also founded the Jolie-Pitt Foundation with Brad Pitt.

They do a nice couple*
Do you think the same?

~LOOK! Natural catastrophes in the USA

Mika's music is often compared to music of the 1970s and 80s. The cover of his album Life in Cartoon Motion was inspirated by singers like David Bowie.

This is one off my favourite songs of Mika: Lollipop

~CINEMA. Stardust

This film begins in an English village and ends in a magical world. Tristan loves a girl called Victoria. To win her love, he goes on an adventure to find falling star. But when he finds the star, it is not a meteoric rock, but a girl called Yvaine. And Tristan is not the only person who wants the falling star. Princes, ghosts and witches want it too...

It's a romantic and science-fiction film. I like it.

~His master's voice

Do you know this painting of the dog, Nipper, listening to an old gramophone? The painting is called "His master's voice". It was the logo of record companies in Britain, the USA and Japan. And then HMV, the world's biggest chain of records shops, adopted it. But now Nipper has been replacep by Gromit. "It's a great honour," says Nick Park, Gromit's creator.
